Job Responsibilities
1. Outbound consultation targeting HD Hyundai Heavy Industries' in-house partner companies

• Confirmation of intent to extend employment contracts by in-house partner company
• Telephone guidance on foreigner residency administrative support services
• Confirmation of intent to extend period of stay / change status of stay of affiliated foreign workers and collection of responses
• Reminder calls and progress follow-up for non-responding companies

2. Connection with interpreters by country

• Assignment of interpreters by country (Confirmation of intent to request foreign worker employment contract extension and administrative agency services)
• Summary of individual verification results retrieved through interpreters

3. Consultation History Management

• Recording of consultation details and verification results in the management ledger (Excel) and real-time updates

Eligibility Requirements

• Someone who can handle phone calls with a kind and composed attitude
• Someone who can communicate accurately and clearly when answering phone calls
• Someone who can handle outbound calls systematically
• Someone who can use MS Excel for basics

Working conditions

• Working hours: 09:00~18:00
• Working days: Monday to Friday (Closed on public holidays)
• Contract / Part-time
• Salary Conditions: Monthly salary of 2.2 million won
