## Brand Introduction

OUTTAKE is Circular Labs' reusable container brand.
We are unearthing, restoring, and releasing limited quantities of reusable container prototypes that had been dormant in folders and could not be released due to unit cost and mass appeal.

- OUTTAKE — Limited release with bold sculpting

We will open the shopping mall with our first release in December 2026. We are looking for someone to help us make this beginning.

## Responsibilities

**Shopping Mall Operation (Cafe24)**
- Product registration, detail page creation, pricing and inventory management
- General order/delivery/exchanges/returns/customer service
- Open operation of promotions, coupons, and limited releases

**Content & Marketing**
- Planning of product detail pages and brand content (including copy)
- Management of social media channels such as Instagram — Collaboration on content direction and schedule coordination with the marketing team
- Division of roles and communication with the marketing team when planning and executing release campaigns
- Establish Sales Channel Strategy — Select and enter/operate on channels suitable for the brand, such as Naver Smart Store, 29CM, Today's House, 10x10, and Wadiz.
- Understanding channel-specific commission and settlement structures and optimizing channel mix

**Data & Improvement**
- Tracking and reporting of inflow, conversion, and average order value metrics
- Inventory turnover, out-of-stock/restock cycle management
- Deliver and incorporate customer feedback into product and operations teams

## Eligibility Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience operating a company-owned online store or online commerce platform
- Practical operational experience with commerce solutions such as Cafe24 and Smart Store
- Interest in and understanding of the fields of eco-friendliness, resource circulation, and sustainability
- Experience managing everything from product registration to customer service on my own
- Basic image editing skills (Photoshop or Figma)

## Benefits

- Working Hours: 5 days a week / Flexible working hours
- Salary: Negotiable based on experience and capabilities
- Review for conversion to permanent status based on performance evaluation after 6 months of service
