■ Eligibility Requirements

- No restrictions on gender or age (except for those under 60 years of age)
- Individuals who have no health disqualifying factors for performing logistics center duties normally
- Employment may be restricted if the legal qualifications required for recruitment and job performance are not met.
- Current regular or contract employees of Coupang Group companies are ineligible to apply.
Only F-4 and F-5 visa holders are eligible for hiring.
- Only those with a domestic bank account are eligible to work.

What is Welcome Day? It is a one-day schedule for pre-employment introductions to the center and processes (job duties), followed by in-person interviews.
In the case of forklifts, a practical test is conducted at the Forklift Training Center after passing the exam and joining the company.

■ 12-month employment contract / Extension based on evaluation results after the initial 12-month contract
(Includes a 12-week probationary period. However, the probationary period may be shortened based on the number of days worked as a daily worker during the 3 months immediately prior to joining as a contract employee.)
